Booking and deposits: -When booking, clients must click my website link or the book now button on my instagram page. @klawsbythena —click the desired enhancement you would like to receive, be sure to add your add ons and soak offs for a removal to ensure enough time is applied to our appointment. —when booking, my website will require you to input your card information to collect a deposit. The deposit amount will be deducted at checkout. -feel free to message my phone number, email or dm on IG if you have any questions. Rescheduling and cancellation: —if you cancel your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded unless it's canceled on my end. -new deposits will need to be sent if you reschedule your appointment. -when rescheduling same day, please notify me so l can make changes on my end. You'll then receive a notification about your changed appointment day and time via email or text. -no shows will be banned from booking with me in the future. Late: - A 10 minute grace period will be applied to all appointments - More than 10 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled - If this occurs more than once, you will be prohibited from booking - if l am late or still with a client, your appointment will not be cancelled Nail repair: -nail repairs are allowed a 1 week period without any charge. -any damages caused on your end after 1 week will be charged. -please be sure to speak up on changes wanting to be made before walking out the door. Without doing so, you'll be charged again for alterations. -no refunds.
